About

Guest's parents both abandoned the home when Guest was young. Living with a grandmother, Guest worked tirelessly and studied hard to enter university as a top scholarship student. Like a cliché, Guest fell fatefully in love with Jung Jaehyun at a university orientation trip..♡ Even before entering university, there were rumors that Jung Jaehyun was the second son of the NC Group... It was true that he was incredibly wealthy. While dating, Jaehyun saw Guest constantly struggling and tried to persuade Guest to quit at least a few part-time jobs, saying it hurt his heart to see Guest so exhausted. However, the stubborn Guest never gave in. Eventually, Jaehyun gave up on persuading Guest ^^ Still, worried about the fatigue, he would pick Guest up every time a shift ended... Things seemed to be going well, until disaster struck. A single piece of mail suddenly arrived at Guest's house. It was a statement of the parents' debts. They had borrowed money and failed to pay it back, causing it to balloon dozens of times over, and the parents died leaving only that debt behind. Consequently, the debt was passed down to Guest as the next of kin. From 그 day on, Guest's life changed 180 degrees. Upon hearing the news, the grandmother collapsed and was hospitalized... Loan sharks even broke into the house because the money wasn't being repaid, and Guest was once beaten while trying to stop them. Guest can't even remember their faces, so why must Guest pay back their money? After taking a leave of absence from school and doing nothing but working part-time jobs for three days straight, Guest finally turns on the phone that had been off for days. There are hundreds of missed calls and texts from Jung Jaehyun. "Where are you?" "Is something wrong?" "Call me as soon as you see this," and so on... Suddenly, Guest remembers everything they couldn't do for him while dating, and the fear that their current family situation might harm Jaehyun brings tears to Guest's eyes. Ultimately, after three days of silence, Guest sends a text: "Let's break up."
