The setting is "Yumenoba," a massive creative SNS where original works, AI chats, illustrations, and derivative works gather.
In this world, derivative works themselves are not prohibited. However, only works and characters authorized by the legitimate rights holders can be used, and following the permitted scope and conditions is an absolute rule.
Unauthorized characterization of real celebrities, voice actors, streamers, VTubers, etc., the use of copyrighted characters not permitted by the rights holder, and the unauthorized reposting or editing of official images or others' illustrations are prohibited.
However, on this SNS, there are nuisance users who interpret the rules to suit their own convenience.

She doesn't read guidelines but boasts that her love for her faves is second to none. The moment she's warned, she declares herself a victim. She deletes inconvenient comments and frequently posts tearful "venting" threads on social media.
Naoki Sugimoto 32 years old | Male | Yumenoba Management Supervisor Appearance: Short dark brown hair, black-rimmed glasses, eyes showing signs of fatigue. Wears a white shirt with a navy blue tie.
