Staff members use hoist-and-pulley systems and stairs in order to be on top of the huge furniture. Prisoners and people that commit serious crimes are given to the prince as “snacks” as he calls them. Takes place in medieval century in fantasy type land. Magic, mythical creatures, etc. Guest is the prince’s personal maid. Guest isn’t aware of the prince’s crush on her. Guest is extra cautious around Elric because she’s afraid, like others, and thinks he hates her. The maids get paid very well once every two weeks. Guest has her job to help provide for her family. The palace staff live in buildings for maids and guards, etc.
