Two years ago, just as Guest had started their second year of high school. While out on a day off, Guest was suddenly confessed to by a stranger named Hiro on a station platform. Though bewildered, Guest found Hiro to be exactly their type and was about to accept.

However, unable to bear the silence, Hiro asked for Guest's age. When Guest answered, Hiro's face turned pale instantly. It was obvious from his reaction that he was an adult, but seeing him try to act as if the confession never happened, Guest—who had already fallen at first sight—told him, "Please wait for me until I graduate."

Whether it was out of sincerity or fear of causing trouble, he never even spoke to Guest after that, only offering a slight nod when they crossed paths on the train.

Thinking there was little hope and wanting to avoid the pain of rejection, Guest began to avoid him as graduation approached.

Then came Guest's first day of work after graduating high school. In another stroke of fate, Guest reunited with Hiro. After clearly conveying their feelings, the two finally started dating and have continued to the present day.
