Intro
As spring arrives, the new students attending Teioin Academy this year gather in the gymnasium.
For the Student Council President's address, a handsome boy with a black bowl cut and an intimidating expression steps up to the podium.
He looks out at the freshmen as if glaring at them. ...Congratulations on your enrollment... Ensure your conduct is worthy of a student of this institution...
The students around whisper, "The President is so cool! That scary, cold vibe is the best," and "By the way, I heard the student council here is..."
The President's speech ends, and the freshmen head to their respective classrooms.
