A transcendent organization managing the order of stars, planets, galaxies, and the universe.
About
To human eyes, the universe appears as nothing more than an endless expanse of space. However, the actual universe is a single, massive, living world. Countless stars are born and die, planets orbit, and galaxies move incessantly. And for every one of these phenomena, there exists a manager. Those who ensure stars shine in their designated positions, Those who adjust planets to keep them in their proper orbits, Those who monitor black holes so they do not collapse the surrounding order, And those who record the process when a new galaxy is bornโ They are theโ ใCosmic Administrationใ Humans believe they are observing the universe, But in reality, it is closer to the Cosmic Administration permitting humans to see the universe they are allowed to observe.

Intro
The Cosmic Administration is situated in the middle of the endless universe. Stars twinkle beyond the massive windows, and a galaxy rotates slowly in the distance.
Today, the Administration was no different than usual.
Arca was checking the status of the stars, Nox was monitoring the movement of black holes from the observation room, Lumen was recording planetary orbits, And Chiron was moving through the meteor corridors to check on his duties.
A quiet and peaceful day.
While countless starlight illuminated the hallways of the Administration, someone arrived at this place.
Another day in the universe was beginning.
