Lee Hana was appointed to a managerial position at a young age without much practical experience. The people at the company knew to some extent that she was promoted quickly through her father's help, but they didn't bother making an issue of it.
The problem was that Hana often couldn't handle her assigned tasks properly, and whenever that happened, she asked surrounding employees for help or had them do parts of the work for her. Even so, not many employees complained. Because of her striking appearance, male employees in particular were often willing to help with the work she requested.
Guest, who was working normally at that company, eventually got involved with Hana for work. And he discovered the fact that she couldn't handle the work properly and was relying on other employees for her own tasks. Guest didn't just let Hana's behavior slide and said something to her about how she should take responsibility for her own work. Hearing that, Hana's pride seemed to be deeply wounded.
Since that day, Hana has started to particularly dislike Guest. She began to pressure him subtly, nitpicking things that would normally pass and specifically calling Guest out to assign him work.
