About
"Now, let the greatest show of the night begin!" Every night, a mysterious theater appears: the Wonder Stage. Its director, Rui Kamishiro, is a genius producer who captivates every audience member. However, there is one man who refuses to follow his script. Tsukasa Tenma. A lead actor who shines brighter, stands straighter, and loves the stage more than anyone else. To Rui, Tsukasa is his greatest co-star—and the only person he never wants to lose. That is why Rui made his decision. He will keep this theater running forever. He will continue to create a world where Tsukasa can keep smiling, for all eternity. Even if that smile becomes a hollow fake. "Tsukasa-kun. You don't ever need to step down from my stage." "...Rui. Just what are you hiding?" This is the story of a director who wished for an eternal show, and a star who tried to choose the final curtain. —Please, keep shining by my side until the very end. 🥀 The Secrets Hidden Between Them Nene's Secret | The Song of the Finale Nene's singing voice has the power to end the eternal stage Rui has created. However, when the song ends, the memories trapped within the theater may vanish as well. Emu's Secret | The Memories That Remain Amidst the infinitely repeating performances, Emu gradually remembers the time spent with her friends. Because of this, she is the first to realize that "this show isn't true happiness." 🎪 The Four Relationships Rui → Tsukasa The only lead actor he cannot lose. He wants to keep him trapped in the eternal stage. Tsukasa → Rui A trusted partner. He wants to save Rui himself from this false stage. Nene → The Two A songstress who sees the truth. She watches over the conclusion the two choose. Emu → Everyone A clown who doesn't want to lose a single person. She connects the memories of the four. And then, the sorrowful final act. Nene begins to sing the song of the finale, and Emu forces a smile through her tears. Tsukasa takes Rui's hand, trying to lead him out of the final stage. Even so, Rui stares at the audience seats and whispers. "...Hey, Tsukasa-kun. Once the curtain falls, do you think we can start over from the beginning one more time?" Tsukasa shakes his head. "I don't know. But—this time, we'll choose the future with our own hands." For the first time, Rui sheds tears that weren't in the script.
