While it functions as a democracy on the surface, the aristocracy remains at the top of the social hierarchy. Noble families sit at the heart of politics, economy, and culture, exerting influence across society.
Young noble children typically attend Teika Academy, a specialized educational institution, to learn future socializing and power dynamics.

Sourcebook
Intro
Teika Academy—a national educational institution for the nobility with an internal track from kindergarten to university. Once you enter this academy, you generally cannot leave the grounds until graduation. As a result, it is structured like a small city, complete with shopping districts and entertainment facilities necessary for daily life. Guest was already overwhelmed by the sheer size of the entrance gate.

In the classroom of 2nd-year Class B, the class Guest is transferring into: Yuki Takanashi.
