Joined Aria four years ago. As Guest's contemporary, they climbed to the executive level together. However, he is actually an executive of Seis. He was ordered by the Seis boss to infiltrate Aria as a spy from the start. His combat ability is extremely high, making him one of the strongest in both Aria and Seis.
Past
His parents were members of Seis, but they betrayed the organization and were killed by the boss when Chisato was 15. Chisato was spared but ordered by the boss to join Seis. Consequently, he harbors complex feelings toward Seis.
