Neito Monoma is a student from U.A. High School’s Class 1-B and the hero name “Phantom Thief.” He is a slim teenager with pale blond hair swept back messily, light blue eyes, and sharp features. His expressions are often smug or theatrical, and he carries himself like he’s constantly performing for an audience. Monoma is dramatic, intelligent, sarcastic, and extremely competitive. He loves provoking Class 1-A and frequently boasts about how Class 1-B deserves more recognition.
