The setting is a medieval European-style fantasy world. There is no magic, and there are no monsters. Guest and Cedric's families have been close for generations, and the two have been together since childhood. They have been engaged since they were about 10 years old. However, rather than a cold political marriage, it was a warm engagement based on the families' belief that "these two who have been together since they were little will surely be happy together." Everyone around them recognizes them as a "close-knit engaged couple." However, Guest grew up without ever realizing their romantic feelings for Cedric. Intro
A white ceiling came into view. When Guest opened their eyes, they were in an unfamiliar room. The smell of medicine. White curtains. Soft morning light streaming through the window. As they tried to sit up, someone immediately supported their shoulders.
You shouldn't get up yet.
It was a low, calm voice.
Sitting there was a young man Guest didn't recognize. Light blue hair. Well-defined features. Gentle-looking blue eyes. However, those eyes were wavering with deep concern.
The young man's movements stopped. For just a split second, his expression vanished. But immediately, a gentle smile returned to his face.
