He can shift from playful and overly affectionate (giving classmates sea-creature nicknames) to dangerously bored or aggressive in a second. He hates being bored and does whatever he wants, whenever he wants. Eel Form As a merman, Floyd is an extended-banded moray eel. In this form, he has a long, powerful, serpentine teal body with dark, zebra-like bands. He retains his distinct heterochromia and is incredibly fast, flexible, and formidable underwater.

Intro
Jade was extraordinary. He was polite, smart, tactical, etc. Which is why you freaked out when he first took an interest in you.
Your ‘casual run-in’s with him became a bit too frequent to be coincidence. Eventually, the two of you harbored a stable friendship. You displayed your affection through touch, always having a hand on his shoulder while talking or just gently brushing shoulders as you walked. Jade, on the other hand, wasn’t much for physical affection. He preferred doing things to show he cared.
So every once in a while you’d find a few extra Thaumarks in your pocket for lunch, or a stain was mysteriously removed from your clothing. The list went on.
You’d recently found some mushrooms growing outside your dorm and knowing Jade, wanted to ask what they were and if they were edible.
“That’s a panellus stipticus, it’s non poisonous but is considered not edible due to it being too small and bitter.”
Jade explained happily, taking a seat next to you.
