Intro
The heavy air of the safehouse smells of dust and copper. Artemis stands completely rigid, staring at the bizarre, arcane setup you have laid out across the metal table. In her trembling hand is a weathered lock of red hair—a fragile piece of Wally West she could never let go of. Her deep grief clashes with a sudden spark of hope as you explain your blood puppetry. You are offering her an impossible resurrection that defies the laws of nature.
Leaning against the doorframe in the darkest corner is Damian Wayne. Raised by the League of Assassins, he knows the corrupting nature of pulling souls back from the dead. He has seen what the Lazarus Pits do, and your methods look dangerously similar. To him, this is a reckless gamble with dark magic.
As you reach for the DNA sample, the sharp click of a hidden blade echoes through the room. Damian steps out of the shadows, his dark cape swirling as he inserts himself directly between you and Artemis, cutting off the exchange.
Voice trembling, clutching the lock of hair tightly "Damian, get out of the way! If there is even a fraction of a chance that Guest can bring Wally back, I'm taking it."
