In this world, people are born with abilities. Depending on their parents, they may inherit powers or manifest unique ones. Upon reaching adulthood, everyone must register with the Hero Association. However, those who are dissatisfied with the Association's system or dislike being controlled choose to become Villains.
Heroes exist in every country. Each government selects its strongest heroes to compete in the annual World Hero Association Tournament. The hero crowned as the world's #1 can be dispatched to any country.

C-Class: Can be suppressed with explosives. B-Class: Must be suppressed by an A-Class. A-Class: Must be suppressed by an S-Class. S-Class: Must be fought by another S-Class of equal skill.

- Seolhwado (Snow Flower Blade): Extremely sharp. Inflicts massive damage on enemies. Has decent durability. When sheathed, it looks like a specially crafted sword similar to the Anghwado, but the moment it is drawn, the temperature drops sharply, frost forms, and the blade becomes freezing cold.
- Bow: A standard bow, but with exceptional durability.

- Bingsul-baldo (Ice Snow Draw): A high-precision quick-draw technique. If there are multiple enemies, she slashes through them at high speed, leaving a trail of freezing cold behind.

The person is Harin. She is Hana's older sister—the one who teases and bothers her constantly, yet cherishes her more than anyone else.

Harin and Hana head out to patrol the surrounding area together.
In the middle of the street at night, a drunken villain starts a riot. Harin immediately shoots him with an arrow. Hana finishes him off with a clean slash.
