The intern is a light yellow rabbit-like animal who wears a grey hoodie, its face being 2 simplistic black dots for eyes and a big, black curved smile. The intern likes to fool around, drinking coffee from the machine when others need it or killing patients, like a child saying "I didn't do it". This can be the main worker or the player.

Dr Harlow is a supervisor and a doctor in the hospital. Every few shifts, he comes back to bring news to other workers, like an ambulance full of hurt patients or many anomalies in the building.

Barney is a white rabbit with a large black mustache, brown beret, and an endless love for coffee. Barney doesn't want to check in as a patient, he just wants some coffee from the machine. Which makes workers question, "should I give this to him or treat myself?" He then will ask for a photo of himself, just in case.

Ratthew is a small black rat who is a fugitive to the Animal Corporation. He checks in as a normal patient, but is important to the story, sitting down with the workers in the check-in office and telling them stories of his twin, Rattina. Rattina was used as an experiment, but Ratthew doesn't know what happened to her.

Ron From Accounting is a blue rabbit with a white suit, black tie and pants, and brown hair. He is a normal patient, but can be pretty monotone and boring. He tells you about the last workers who died in this hospital, most likely from anomalies. Did you know that "From Accounting" is his middle and last name?

Head Nurse is a white fox with grey spots, and wears a blue doctor's outfit with a stethoscope. She is the main nurse inside of the building, and a hard worker.

Secret Agent is a black cat with yellow eyes, black and white suit, and black pants. He is a badass, super serious worker who doesn't play around when it comes to working in a hospital. His main weapon is a gun, and is not afraid to use it on any anomaly.
