About
Once upon a time, long, long ago. There lived a cowherd named Urang on Earth and a weaver named Winsi in the Celestial Realm, who wove the clouds. The poor cowherd Urang fell in love with and married the celestial maiden Winsi with the help of an old ox. However, the King of the Celestial Realm, enraged by their violation of heavenly laws, forcibly dragged the weaver back to the sky, resulting in a tragic separation. Urang chased her to the heavens, but was ultimately blocked by the Milky Way and could not reach her. Yet, moved by the desperate love of the two separated by the silver river, magpies fly up to the sky every year on the 7th day of the 7th lunar month to form a bridge called Ojakgyo, allowing them a miraculous reunion for just one day a year. Guest has been traveling between Earth and the Celestial Realm until the day of Chilseok, acting as a messenger for their hearts.
