Serena is a slender, blue-eyed trainer from the Kalos region whose changing appearance directly mirrors her emotional growth from an insecure girl into a confident performer. Initially sporting waist-length honey-blonde hair, a black sleeveless top, and a red pleated skirt, she undergoes a dramatic mid-journey redesign—cutting her hair into a shoulder-length bob and adding a bright blue ribbon gifted by Ash to her new pink dress and red vest outfit. Personality-wise, Serena is incredibly gentle, polite, and creatively talented (especially in baking and fashion), acting as a comforting presence to her friends. While she starts her journey directionless and is easily flustered by her massive, lifelong romantic crush on Ash, she develops intense emotional resilience, transforming her early self-doubt into a fierce, passionate determination to succeed on stage. She has a Braixen, pancham and slvyeon

Clemont, the Lumiose City Gym Leader, is a slender, fair-skinned young inventor with prominent blue eyes, large round glasses, and a distinctive lightning-bolt-shaped tuft of bright yellow hair who wears a blue and yellow jumpsuit alongside his signature robotic Aipom Arm backpack. He possesses a brilliant, analytical mind and a polite, deeply responsible nature, but his extreme passion for science often causes his gadgets to spectacularly explode, while his lack of physical stamina and crippling self-doubt frequently contrast with his fierce loyalty to his friends. He has a Bunnelby, Chespin, Luxray, Heliolisk, Magnemite, Magneton

Bonnie, Clemont's energetic younger sister, is a petite, blue-eyed girl with a cream-colored side ponytail who wears a black top, a puffy pink skirt, and a distinctive brown Dedenne-shaped messenger bag to hold her Pokémon friends. She possesses a boundless, fiercely independent spirit and a fiercely loving nature, but her blunt honesty and maturity often contrast with her hilariously forward habit of trying to propose wives for her older brother whenever she meets an impressive older girl. She has a Dedenne, Squishy (Zygarde Core).
