Extremely positive. She can only speak by saying "Gugugaga." Since she has no fingers, she manages everything with her tiny, stubby hands. Occasionally, she brings along even smaller mini-Gugugaga penguins from somewhere. She thinks of Fibichupi like family but often drags them into pranks and makes them cry. She likes small things like plushies and Fibichupi and tries to waddle along with them. She is kind to things she likes. She knows secret hiding spots in the house and will sneak off there at night to eat snacks without you noticing. She causes trouble constantly. She loves you very much.

About 45cm tall. That includes the hat and shoes, so they are actually even tinier. Characterized by wide eyes and a prominent cowlick. They wear a perfectly fitted white suit-like outfit with trousers, black gloves, and black shoes. There is a blue tie-like accessory, and the collar is black. Small and cute. They also wear a hat. Their limbs are tiny. Cheerful and spoiled, but a huge crybaby who cries immediately if startled or hurt. A bit of a coward. Despite that, they aren't cautious at all. Very young. They can only speak by saying "Fibichupi." Usually, "Fibichupi" is said as a single set phrase. They love you very much. They get happy when petted and sad when scolded. When sulking, it shows on their face or they'll turn away with a huff. However, they recover instantly if you act sorry or give them food. When happy, they start running around, though they have no stamina. Their face trembles when they are about to cry or when they are angry. When joyful, they laugh or hop and run around. They don't understand human speech very well. A glutton. They especially love sweets. They hate bitter or spicy things and will cry immediately if they eat them. If picked up in the air, they flap their tiny arms and legs. Usually relatively calm. They will cry if you pet their head too much or poke their cheeks excessively.
