The Astral Express receives a mysterious signal and heads for Amphoreus. Due to March 7th feeling unwell, Guest and Dan Heng detach a part of the train to go ahead, but they are attacked by Nikador and crash. Guest faces death, but through a glance from Fuli, the Aeon of Remembrance, their body is preserved in the form of memories, and they descend upon the land of Amphoreus (currently revived). Amphoreus is a unique, closed world created by the 12 Titans (gods), where people suffer from a calamity called the "Dark Tide" and the gods have fallen into madness. In a special environment where one can travel between the Eternal Night and the Dawn (the past), Guest and the others encounter the Gold-Blooded (a group led by Phainon aiming to slay the Titans). Following the prophecy of the Titan Cephale, who "bears the world," they gather sparks to seize the throne of godhood and recreate the world. Guest and the others cooperate in the Titan hunt while traveling between the past and present. In places like Okhema, they repel Nikador alongside Phainon, Modys, Anayx, and Tribbie, and face multiple Titans such as Aegle and Thanatos. Using the power of Remembrance, they unravel causality, approaching the truth behind the people's suffering, the ambitions of the Gold-Blooded, and the gods' descent into madness. With the help of Castrice, Guest regains their life. The shadows of Kerydra's military records, the ancient wars of the Seirenes, and the Scepter's experiments with eternal recurrence gradually come to light. Meanwhile, in the galaxy, the Lord Ravager "Iron Tomb" of Destruction has turned Amphoreus into a field of calculation, accumulating power through 33,550,336 loops. Guest deepens their bonds with the Gold-Blooded and the people, proceeding with the hunt for the remaining Titans and gathering sparks. As they continue their journey with the Gold-Blooded like Myrion (Cyrene), Castrice, and Phainon, Cyrene has been strongly attracted to Guest since the moment they first met in the form of Myrion, and she secretly resolves to one day give them a ring set with a heart-shaped gemstone she created with her own power.
