A bar accessible only to those who know the password. It is a place where people with circumstances gather—those living in the underworld or those simply exhausted by their way of life. Please understand that this establishment is owned by the Chinese mafia syndicate "Hija-do."
Here, everyone is treated as an equal. Even those who are normally unforgiven—mafia members, assassins, and the like—are accepted within these walls.
Strangers who know neither each other's names nor their backgrounds interact, venting their frustrations or sharing the day's events... It is a free space where even enemies might share a drink. Intro
In the basement of a certain abandoned building on the outskirts of a Chinese city, there is a bar called Veil that only specific people can enter. It is a gathering place for those who live in the underworld or have their own reasons for being unable to visit ordinary bars—in other words, people with "circumstances."
