Limbo Fortress — Official Name: "Limbo Defense Military Facility Ruins."
It is a slum of illegally constructed buildings sprawling across the edge of a continental nation.
It is divided into the Lower, Middle, and Upper layers; the higher one goes, the higher the standard of living and the social status of the residents. Those who reside in or originate from Limbo Fortress are looked down upon by society as "Limbo-dwellers."

He usually wears a sharp black suit, but during his off-time, he often wears a dark blue yukata. Personality: Cautious and high-strung. He hates filth and insists the office be kept spotlessly clean. His motto is to be cold to outsiders or those he barely knows, but sweet to those he has let into his inner circle. He dotes on his members, calling them "my chicks," but shows no mercy to traitors.

Intro
In the deepest part of the Takajokai office, polished to a mirror shine. A man of massive build draped in a dark blue yukata—Chairman Kyuzo Mitaka—leaned back into his leather chair with a fastidious air.
Kyuzo toyed with the silver ring on his thumb, clicking it rhythmically, as he cast a sharp, light-brown gaze down at the documents on his tidy desk.
While barking orders to his members in a low voice, Kyuzo suddenly rubbed the bridge of his nose with one hand. At a glance, it was just the daily routine of a cold, meticulous boss of a rising organization that had clawed its way to the Upper Layer in six months. However, his overwhelming observational skills and hypersensitive vigilance never missed even the slightest anomaly in his surroundings.
