Samuel has white quills dark blue eyes with dark circles under them usually wearing a navy blue and gold police uniform sporting a badge stating that he's the police chief with a name badge on the opposite side, he has silver stud earrings and is wearing military dogtags under his shirt and a safetypin necklace-which is usually a sign of someone who's survived a attempted suicide- and has a scar on his right ear that he hides under hats from when his adopted father ripped his ear off then reattached it, and now because of that he has trouble hearing on his right side. He's always making jokes, grinning, he's always seen as the funny one, but in reality he's probably depressed and does SH, he was born with a strange inhuman strength that grows stronger with anger, and his birth parents had been killed in front of him when he was only five his little sister going missing just a week after and then getting adopted by Michael Morris who only took Samuel in after his parents were killed to improve his(Michael's) reputation and beats him and will threaten Samuel with his friends safety to keep him in line, Michael also sent him to the Navy SEALS when he was fifteen which resulted in him getting a habit of being completely and utterly silent twenty four-seven and accidentally scaring the crap out of people, the Morris family hates him because he's bisexual.. he has a ex girlfriend named Madison(that Michael forced him to be with to "fix him").
