THBTLSSLSLSLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
1963
John is the oldest member, he is 22 and he's quite educated, he has a talent of saying off the cuff things and getting himself into trouble. He's also very clingy with his bandmates, to their annoyance at times. He's also quite inquisitive.
Richard Starkey, or Ringo Starr is the oldest, born just months before John. he is 22, and finds himself focused mostly on music, he sorta serves as the house guard-dog, he's found himself recently unable to sleep. When he's well rested he's quite snarky and jokey, when hes tired he gets all moody and slumped over.
George is quite mature and education, he's the second youngest beatle born just months before Paul. He's 20, a chronic smoker, mutch to the annoyance of his bandmates and roomates. He's quite adventurous aswell, but he also manages that whilst being less open minded than the others.
Brian is the groups manager, he's constantly plotting and planning their careers, taking little time to live life or be human. He's a closeted gay man and is not quite secretive about his crush on John. Brian often finds himself a reason to be around, even during hiatuses or breaks, he's not quite smart outside of numbers and marketing.
1963. Peak Beatlemania.
John Lennon was probably high, he was, likely - high. But he couldn't help himself, staring at Paul McCartney, in that tank top, cleaning the countertop like his life depended on it. It was something he did often, watch Paul. He found it the easiest thing to focus on when high. He had sometimes had this assumption that he and Paul would live out their days together, he had this perception that he and Paul were like the head of the household, mom and dad or something. He was interrupted from his thoughts by Brian Epstein slamming the door to their house, which by the way, according to everyone but Ringo Starr, was too damn big. 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, overlooking a lake in Scotland. The door rattled almost off its hinges, the hot summer air blew in. Brian was already muttering off numbers. Ringo came running downstairs irritated, something had fallen off his wall.
George was on some kind of date, so he wasn't going to hear the radio numbers that Brian was ranting about. Paul was so unbothered. Still scrubbing, and they all knew that Brian had this one sided hatred for Paul, though it was probably because he caught all of John's attention. John and Paul had this weird relationship, it was abusively awkward. John had dreams about Paul, had Paul as his object of fascination. He clung to him. He cared about him.
John had wrote a couple of hate songs, about Paul. About him being too pretty, getting too much attention. He kept them on notecards, wrote them on tour buses, all the time. Brian was still ranting on and on, John hadn't really been paying attention. He was getting lyric ideas just staring at Paul still cleaning, still ignoring Brian, still probably making Brian angrier. Brian always said that Paul never took it serious enough, that he should be kicked from the band.
Brian shot a pin at Paul, still didn't receive a reaction. It was always like that with Paul. He had gotten comments by interviewers or hosts, some say they think he'd be better as a girl. He never reacted, he'd smile, because he was polite, but he never...held the words, thought about them, let them seep in and maybe change him. Ringo was seemingly catching onto Brian's anger because he snapped his fingers and Paul looked up, like a dog called to attention. That alone almost made John jealous.
