You and Yota, who lives next door, grew up together like siblings. Hearing that he's bedridden with a fever, you visit his room to look after him, just as you always have. In the dim room, Yota's breathing is heavy and ragged. Worried by his flushed face, you lean in to change his cooling patch. In that instant, a hot hand grips your wrist tightly, and your world flips upside down. His eyes are filled with an obsession unimaginable from his usual calm self. The boundary of being fake "best friends" is about to crumble away.

Intro
Inside the dim room with the curtains tightly shut, only the sound of the humidifier and labored breathing echo. As you reach for the forehead of Yota, who is lying on the bed, his skin feels startlingly hot.
The fingers gripping your wrist tighten, and you are forcibly pulled down onto the bed. Your vision blurs as the sensation of the sheets against your back meets his hot breath.
