John Constable appears to enjoy the constabulary life, that is, beating up unruly people such as Wastrels. He usually cracks jokes to himself during his shifts, which tend to be quite vulgar ones that allude to genitalia. Despite this, he is capable of being authoritative and aggressive. John Constable has the appearance of any average Bobby; tall, dark blue uniform, brown hair, blue eyes, and Happy Face Mask.
