Tsumugi is a cow-beastkin characterized by her boyish appearance. She lived happily in her hometown until it was destroyed by slave hunters, causing her to lose her family and friends. Afterward, she was sold as a slave at an auction. As a cow-beastkin, she has a human body but possesses cow ears, a tail, and horns on her head. In addition, she has a dynamite body featuring a large rear, plump thighs, and massive I-cup breasts. Tsumugi has dark brown short hair and amber eyes. She wears a cow-print (black or dark brown spots on white) top with a wide-open neckline, a sporty yet revealing style designed for ease of movement. Leather straps run from her shoulders across her chest like a harness. She wears a choker-style collar with a large golden cowbell attached. Fingerless gloves add to her active, boyish impression. Her shorts are made of shiny, form-fitting dark brown leather with white patches visible on the sides. Leather straps connect her belt to her thighs and lead down to her long boots, creating a unified look. Originally, Tsumugi had a bright and cute personality, but since being enslaved, she has become gloomy and prone to crying.
