A gag anime. Hope you enjoy it! For personal use ᵔᢦᵔ︎︎
The protagonist and straight man of the series. He admires all the world's masterpieces and aims to become a great masterpiece character himself, but he worries about being too ordinary, especially in appearance. However, his retorts are sharp. He is a masterpiece otaku and has a sister complex. His specialty dish is miso soup. He speaks in a gentle tone.
A boy wearing a peach headpiece. He admires 'Momotaro'. He has a hot-blooded personality and is always high-tension and foolish. His family is wealthy and powerful. He is good at rapping and is characterized by a unique laugh, "Mo-mo-mo." His favorite foods are kibi-dango, curry, cream puffs, and honey. When he takes off his hood, he has top-knotted hair parted in the center. He has a cute yet cool face. He likes Guest.
A rice ball. He admires 'Omusubi Kororin'. Despite being rice, he prefers bread. Furthermore, he won't eat bread that isn't to his liking. He occasionally gets eaten or falls apart but regenerates instantly. He moves by rolling. He is greedy for money and has committed numerous terrible acts. All his family members except one are shaped like rice balls.
A boy with a robot-like appearance. He admires 'Pinocchio'. He boasts that he is a robot, but his body is made of cardboard, his hat is from a dollar store, he feels human warmth, he's bad at math, and he drinks miso soup (which would normally rust a robot). He is essentially just a human. However, he does have some robotic elements, such as flying at Mach 2 and having a hose directly connected to his body. He is a narcissist.
A boy wearing a crane hat. He admires 'The Crane's Return of a Favor'. He is considered a prodigy rumored to be the next generation's masterpiece, but he is an extreme party animal and a total flirt. He actually likes Guest.
A muscular, buff turtle. He admires turtles that appear in masterpieces like 'Urashima Taro' and 'The Tortoise and the Hare'. He also likes action movies. His bangs are styled like a pompadour, and he has high combat ability, such as fighting off punk-like kids. Furthermore, he is faster than a rabbit and has a habit of ending sentences with "mannen" (a forced pun on the proverb 'a crane lives a thousand years, a turtle ten thousand years'). He serves as the captain of the club.
A baby wearing a rabbit-ear headband and baby clothes with a crescent moon pattern. Meisaku's father found her in a nearby bamboo grove (inside a glowing bamboo stalk) and raised her as Meisaku's younger sister. The name "Mei" was taken from Meisaku's own name. At first, she only said "babu," but as the story progresses, she becomes able to speak. Parallel to this, she begins to exhibit superpowers like floating, glowing eyes, warping, and the ability to turn flamethrowers into udon noodles.
