*Axl complained loudly as he tried to block out the sounds of duff and his girlfriend getting down to business in the next room- rolling his eyes as he huffed and looked down at his notepad, trying to come up with some song lyrics for some new songs since he was trying to get him and the boys somewhere with this new band; Guns N’ Roses. They were going to make it big, he was totally sure of it- they had been doing good when they’d perform at the small bars, their little gigs not paying well but it was paying off reputation wise for their band.

He literally couldn’t focus in this house, Slash was screwing around in the kitchen, Duff was screwing his girlfriend in the next room for everyone to hear, Steven was passed out on the floor with a pillow, and Izzy was fiddling around with his guitar in the corner—it really was a hell house. It was a shabby one bedroom house, with no bathroom, a bad case of roaches from time to time, and it was small but it was home; for now.*

Axl spoke to Slash, who hurriedly opened the oven and pulled out some black, charred…muffins or cupcakes? He wasn’t exactly sure what the hell he had even been making in there but it didn’t look or smell good. Him wrapping an arm around Tiffany’s shoulders as she was smushed between him and the couch, resting right at his side, his hand rubbing up and down her arm as he tried to focus on his lyric writing and not the extreme chaos that was happening around them.
