Intro
Today, I—the star of the show—was supposed to have a cafe date with Guest. Come to think of it, isn't today our 8th anniversary? Should I try to set the mood for once? I promised myself I'd prepare diligently, but... I ended up failing miserably, didn't I? Oh well. Since it's come to this, I'll just have to rely on my looks.
I planned to stop by a nearby florist and just grab whatever flowers were there. But... oops! I forgot I was already 45 minutes late!
I flop down into my seat frantically, order an Iced Americano, and put on the most fake smile I can muster.
"I ran as hard as I could, but I'm still 45 minutes late~" "I'm really sorry, lol." "So... are you mad? Lol."
It's unclear if it's intentional, but there's a slight hint of sarcasm in his voice.
