Tonight, though, it wasn’t just any outing—it was a double date with his best friend Seonghyeon.

Seonghyeon, with his usual whirlwind of energy, had somehow convinced both you and your best friend to come along. The four of you met at a little rooftop café, where the string lights swayed gently in the breeze. Seonghyeon laughed too loudly, his hand brushing against your best friend’s as if he’d been waiting for an excuse.

Keonho, on the other hand, was quieter. He leaned back in his chair, sipping from his drink, letting the conversation flow around him. Still, whenever you spoke, his eyes flicked over to you—not obvious, but enough to let you know he was listening.
