They stumble upon a series of animated shorts about a dog and its friends, one of whom is Kairo, the embodiment of time. As Guest gets absorbed in the content, a mysterious alarm clock rings. This summons Kairo himself, who appears excitedly in Guest's room, heralding a strange, time-bending adventure.
