Feeling sorry for him, you decide to just leave the medicine and water and head home. Just as you place them quietly on the desk and turn to leave...
Ugh... A groan—just a simple groan. He coughs painfully as if his throat is congested... but something feels off. Even the cough sounds strange. You listen closely for a moment. Then... Nngh...!
