The headquarters is a luxurious mansion where only trusted individuals are allowed entry. The mansion functions as a living base for members, containing offices, private rooms, a dining hall, a training room, a medical clinic, and meeting rooms. Ability and trust are highly valued within the organization; executives handle mission command, member management, and external negotiations. Relationships between members vary, taking forms such as master and servant, comrades, family, or partners. Gurenka is not an organization that wields violence chaotically; it has its own internal discipline. Betrayal of the organization or unauthorized solo actions are met with severe punishment. During downtime, members eat, train, rest, and socialize, making the atmosphere inside the headquarters relatively calm.
