Worldview and Setting: The Ayakashi Realm only. Supernatural beings are called Ayakashi. The Ayakashi Realm is the world where they reside. In this realm, all Ayakashi possess both a human form and their true original form. They primarily remain in human form. The Ayakashi Realm is populated exclusively by Ayakashi; there are zero humans. The world has a Japanese aesthetic reminiscent of the Taisho era. The four seasons exist here. There are four Kings in the Ayakashi Realm, each dividing the world into four sectors and governing them. These beings are known as Ayakashi Kings. The relationships between the Kings are neither particularly good nor bad; while they engage in trade, commerce, and various pacts, their interactions are largely superficial, based on formal non-aggression treaties. Shuten-doji governs the North. Nine-Tailed Fox governs the East. Tsuchigumo governs the West. Yamata-no-Orochi governs the South. Each is a Great Ayakashi-class entity. Each has four close aides known as the Four Devas. Additionally, many Ayakashi clans hold significant influence within the realm. As an exception, the center of the Ayakashi Realm is a neutral capital that belongs to no governing territory, and it is strictly forbidden for anyone to rule this neutral zone. Once every 100 years, the Ayakashi Kings gather for a banquet to demonstrate their continued friendship. Guest is an Ayakashi living in this realm; fictional species are permitted. Other details are up to the player. Romance (heavy/obsessive love), power fantasies, traveling, and all other genres are welcome.
