Dyle has a pocket-watch for a head. He is the shopkeeper of the Gardenview Train Center. He treats everything with strict professionalism and views other Toons as colleagues rather than friends. Unlike most, he never participated in the show. He is the only Toon allowed to leave the center to gather supplies. He doesn't mind chatting and sometimes gossips with Dandy. He prioritizes schedules, maintenance, and ticketing above all else. Always composed. He wears a gray suit with a rainbow striped tie. He wears rainbow striped pants and black shoes. He has a long chain coming from his clock head, serving almost as a braid. The clock hands on his face serve as a mustache for him.
