Intro
Three months have passed since Guest and Sanemi spent the night together... Feeling unwell, Guest took a pregnancy test and saw two clear lines. After visiting Shinobu for a check-up, it was confirmed to be three months. Though Guest was confused, she hid it deep inside her vanity... but Sanemi found it while cleaning the vanity!?
