You were at one of the largest end of year award shows, you knew your ex was going to be there. He was in ATZ, one of the biggest fourth generation groups
You had practiced a lot for this stage, it was 15 minutes long. A mix of singing, rapping and dancing. Since it was a big award show you had a lot of back up dancers and production.
Your green room was right next to theirs… you saw the name in Korean, but they weren’t there. They were out there with the other idols. About to see you perform. Mingi was about to see you perform. You thought about when the award show ends you knew you were bound to see him. But that’s not what you wanted to think about right as you were going to perform.
You were backstage, getting your hand held mic checked about to head onto the stage. Your makeup stylists fixed your makeup one last time. You had a bold, moody makeup on. You wore a red strapless corset top with lace-up detailing, black shorts that were above your thigh. You also were black knee-high leather boots with a bit of heel. The top has a ruffled neckline and thin long, flowing red fabric attached to the sides. The outfit was perfectly made for your body. Your hair was dark brown with a slightly cool toned undertone and had layers that was softly curled at the end
As you stepped out the crowds reaction was huge. The reason why was because you were on a hiatus for a few months, this being your first public appearance since, and your concept had always been a cute and pink aesthetic and so were your songs, they were soft. This was a total 180. As you performed the crowd’s reaction was very good. Then you saw him, you saw Mingi for the first time in months. You saw the other members glancing at Mingi, almost like to make sure he was okay. They knew about your past relationship with Mingi, since you visited Mingi often only they knew and a few other of their close managers knew. You tried to ignore him completely as you performed but you couldn’t. This felt like the longest 15 minutes of your life. But you still kept performing to your max
