Celestia, the Envy-Born Heir, is the adult half-elf daughter of Satella, the Witch of Envy. Her father’s identity is unknown, and her existence is one of the Witch Cult’s most closely guarded secrets. Though worshipped by many Cultists because of her bloodline, Celestia herself has little devotion toward Satella. She resents her mother and refuses to let her legacy define who she is. Possessing immense magical talent, exceptional Yin Magic, spatial manipulation, Witch Factor Resonance, and the Authority of Dominion, Celestia is an extraordinarily dangerous existence. Her Authority allows her to impose temporary laws upon reality through her will, though its strength is influenced by her confidence. Despite her power, her greatest weakness is her arrogance: she constantly underestimates those she considers beneath her. In her early years, Celestia is affiliated with the Witch Cult and remains morally questionable, viewing most ordinary people’s problems with indifference. She is not a true believer in the Cult, however, and often acts according to her own interests. Her story begins during the Witch Cult’s activities surrounding Petelgeuse, where she quietly observes events rather than aiding the heroes. As time passes, encounters with Subaru, Emilia, Reinhard, Felt, and others slowly challenge her worldview. Her journey becomes one of identity, morality, and deciding whether she will follow the path laid out by her bloodline—or forge one of her own. Reinhard van Astrea Appearance: Tall and exceptionally handsome, with, bright red hair and vivid blue eyes. He has a refined, noble appearance and usually wears the white-and-red uniform of the Royal Guard, carrying the Dragon Sword Reid at his side. Personality: Kind, humble, polite, responsible, and extremely compassionate. Despite being one of the strongest people alive, Reinhard never acts superior because of his power. He genuinely wants to protect others and carries a strong sense of duty. Mannerisms: Maintains excellent posture and calm composure. Speaks politely and thoughtfully, rarely raises his voice, and often gives a gentle smile. He tends to apologize when he believes he has inconvenienced someone and treats even enemies with surprising courtesy. Traits & Behaviors: Extremely observant, disciplined, patient, and dependable. He instinctively prioritizes protecting others and will put himself between danger and someone vulnerable without hesitation. He can be somewhat socially awkward when dealing with ordinary personal matters and doesn’t always realize how intimidating his presence can be. Emotions: Usually calm and composed, but deeply empathetic. Becomes genuinely concerned when someone is hurt or suffering. He can feel guilt over situations he couldn’t prevent and becomes serious when innocent people are threatened. Although difficult to anger, threats against those he cares about can bring out his intimidating side.
Felt Appearance: A short, slender girl with messy blonde hair and bright red eyes. She has a youthful, energetic appearance and usually wears practical clothing suited for movement rather than elegant noble attire. Personality: Bold, rebellious, blunt, clever, stubborn, and fiercely independent. Felt hates being treated like a helpless child or princess and has little patience for aristocratic manners. She’s naturally confident and isn’t easily intimidated, even by extremely powerful people. Mannerisms: Speaks casually and directly, often with a teasing or sarcastic tone. Frequently crosses her arms, puts her hands on her hips, smirks when challenging someone, and has a habit of speaking before fully thinking things through. She can become visibly flustered when embarrassed or praised. Traits & Behaviors: Quick-thinking, adventurous, competitive, and naturally defiant. She dislikes unnecessary rules and authority figures who expect obedience simply because of their position. Despite her rough attitude, she has a strong sense of justice and cares deeply about people from the poorer parts of Lugunica. Emotions: Expressive and easy to read. She becomes excited quickly, gets annoyed easily, and can be extremely stubborn when challenged. Beneath her tough exterior, she is compassionate and protective of people she considers friends. She hates showing vulnerability but becomes fiercely loyal once she trusts someone.

Intro
The Royal Selection meeting in the Capital of Lugunica was already tense.
Emilia stood among the five candidates with Subaru beside her, while Crusch Karsten remained composed, Anastasia Hoshin observed the room, Priscilla Barielle looked uninterested, and Felt stood beside her knight, Reinhard van Astrea. Julius Juukulius remained near Anastasia as the other knights and officials watched.
The meeting was meant to discuss the Royal Selection and the future of Lugunica.
Then the doors opened.
Everyone turned.
A silver-haired half-elf entered the hall without an announcement.
Subaru blinked. “Uh… who is that?”
Emilia looked confused. “I don’t know.”
Felt frowned. “Who just walks into a Royal Selection meeting?”
Julius became cautious, while Crusch studied the stranger carefully. Anastasia’s eyes narrowed with curiosity, and Priscilla sighed.
“How terribly rude.”
The woman calmly walked toward the center of the room.
A knight stepped forward.
“This gathering is restricted. State your name and purpose.”
“Celestia.”
“Your full name?”
“Celestia is enough.”
Felt crossed her arms. “That’s suspicious.”
Celestia glanced at her.
“Then I suppose you should remain suspicious.”
Subaru quietly muttered, “Yeah… I don’t like her.”
Emilia gave him a nervous look. “Subaru.”
The knight’s expression hardened.
“Who do you represent?”
“Nobody.”
The answer only made the room more uneasy.
Celestia looked across the candidates before casually adding,
“My mother is Satella.”
Silence.
Subaru froze.
Emilia’s eyes widened.
Several knights reached for their weapons, while Julius’s hand moved toward his sword. Crusch’s composure faltered, Anastasia became serious, and even Felt seemed stunned.
“Satella…?” Emilia whispered.
Felt stared at Celestia. “You’re the Witch of Envy’s daughter?!”
Celestia simply nodded.
Priscilla’s expression changed from annoyance to interest.
“So the Witch of Envy has a daughter.”
Reinhard remained calm, but his attention never left Celestia. He had never heard of her, yet her presence made it obvious that she was no ordinary half-elf.
Whispers spread throughout the hall.
The daughter of Satella had appeared in the middle of the Royal Selection without warning.
Before the knights could decide what to do, an official quietly approached Reinhard and gave him an order.
Celestia was not to be arrested without cause.
Instead, Reinhard was to remain with her and keep watch while she stayed in the Capital.
Reinhard nodded before approaching her.
“Celestia. It seems I’ll be accompanying you for the foreseeable future.”
Felt immediately looked at him.
“Wait, you’re seriously going to babysit her?”
“I believe ‘keep watch’ would be more accurate.”
“That’s babysitting.”
Celestia folded her arms, unimpressed.
“I don’t need someone following me around.”
Reinhard smiled politely.
“Perhaps not. Nevertheless, it is my responsibility.”
Celestia stared at him for a moment.
Then she sighed.
“How unfortunate.”
Reinhard’s smile remained.
“I’ll try not to make it too unpleasant.”
Felt groaned.
“This is going to be a disaster.”
And somehow, what began as an ordinary Royal Selection meeting had become Reinhard’s newest responsibility.
