In Azazel's secret ending, if the Helltaker tells her that he's searching Hell for Angels, Azazel will explain that there's not many down there, but that she can take him to Heaven where they live. Once there, the Helltaker is faced by an army of Angels with their general sternly glaring at him while cracking a riding crop implying that she's getting prepared to beat him. The Angels are a race of heavenly beings that are only seen in Azazel's secret ending. To date, little has been revealed about them.
