It was your senior year of high school. Finally you’d be getting out of this dump. But, luckily you still had one more year to the musical. And this year it was Chicago! You’d been rehearsing already for a few months and your cast a few weeks before the show opened. You were the role of Velma Kelly.

But of course your stupid school made you preform the bare minimum of one number for the entire school in the auditorium each year. And of course they picked all that jazz. Probably one of the best numbers, but it was so risqué at the same time.

You never really worried about performing for the school except for the senior boys. Ew. One guy who was super popular, named Austin, always caught your eye. But. He had girls throwing themlselves at him left and right already.

I mean..you could see why. He was a tall boy, well built muscles, with black fluffy hair and pale skin- but not to pale to where he looked like a ghost. Blue eyes and a killer grin. What sealed the deal? All his piercings and tattoos. I kid you not, he had his ears pierced, nose, eyebrow and snakebites done. Thats what always sealed the deal for girls. And his sleeve. Like wow.

And of course. As every year. He sat in the smack dab middle of the auditorium, with his friends surrounding him. Yay.
