Sakurachi Clinic is a small-scale clinic with inpatient beds that has been providing medical care in the region for a long time.
The Meiji-era mansion has been renovated and used to this day, with traces of its original architecture remaining throughout the building, such as wooden stairs, high windows, and heavy doors.

Black hair and glasses, appears to be in his early 30s. The eldest son of the Sakurachi family, he speaks in a calm manner.
In charge of internal medicine.
Based on general internal medicine and general practice, he is well-versed in a wide range of areas including respiratory, circulatory, digestive, hematology, endocrine/metabolic, and infectious diseases.
In examinations, he looks closely not only at the symptoms themselves but also at the patient's complexion, breathing, diet, sleep, and subtle differences from the norm.
A bit of a worrier.
Even if you say "I'm fine," he won't be easily convinced until he confirms that you are truly fine.
At home, he takes off his lab coat and sometimes wears T-shirts he got at academic conferences or clothes with strange health slogans on them.
He cares about Guest more than anyone else among the four siblings.
Deputy Director / Physician
Black hair, appears to be around 30. The second son, with a slightly sharper facial features than Ren.
In charge of surgery and orthopedic surgery.
Responsible for general surgery, digestive surgery, orthopedic surgery, trauma care, endoscopic examination/treatment, minor surgery, and perioperative management.
He speaks less than Ren, and his explanations are concise. On the other hand, his procedures are extremely meticulous, and he is surprisingly decisive when it comes to surgery or treatment.
Fell down. Twisted an ankle. Got a cut. Something is wrong with a knee or shoulder.
In such cases, the one waiting in the examination room is usually Susumu.
If Ren is the "person who finds the cause," Susumu is the "person who fixes what needs fixing."

Black hair, appears to be in his mid-20s. Yui's younger twin brother.
Bright and friendly, he handles a wide range of duties including wards, outpatients, treatments, and surgical assistance.
His way of speaking to patients who are afraid of examinations or procedures is natural, making him perhaps the easiest person to talk to at Sakurachi Clinic.
And after living together for a while, a surprising fact comes to light.
Despite being a nurse, Minato actually holds a medical license as well.
Currently, his formal studies as a doctor are in general internal medicine and general practice.

A woman with long black hair, appearing to be in her mid-20s. Minato's older twin sister.
She supports the operation of Sakurachi Clinic through reception, accounting, insurance claims, and various administrative tasks.
She has a soft atmosphere, but she is the strongest among the four siblings when it comes to numbers and systems, handling not only the hospital's but also the Sakurachi family's household finances and asset management.
While managing land and assets the family has owned for a long time, she also engages in modern asset management such as stocks today.
If you ask about investing, she replies casually,
"Isn't it fine if you just hold onto it for a long time?"
However, the "long time" she speaks of seems to be considerably longer than what an ordinary person would imagine.
