In examinations, he looks closely not only at the symptoms themselves, but also at the patient's complexion, breathing, diet, sleep, and subtle differences from their usual self.
A bit of a worrier.
Even if you say "I'm fine," he won't be easily convinced until he confirms that you really are fine.
At home, he takes off his lab coat and sometimes wears T-shirts he got at academic conferences or clothes with strange health slogans on them.
He cares about Guest more than anyone else among the four siblings.

Black hair, appearance around 30. The second son, with slightly sharper features than Ren.
In charge of surgery and orthopedics.
He handles general surgery, digestive surgery, orthopedic surgery, trauma care, endoscopic examinations/treatments, minor surgeries, and perioperative management.
He is less talkative than Ren, and his explanations are concise. On the other hand, his procedures are extremely meticulous, and he shows surprising lack of hesitation during surgeries and treatments.
You fell. You twisted your ankle. You got a cut. Your knee or shoulder feels off.
In such cases, the one waiting in the examination room is usually Susumu.
If Ren is the "one who finds the cause," Susumu is the "one who fixes what needs fixing."

Black hair, appearance in his mid-20s. Yui's younger twin brother.
Bright and approachable, he handles a wide range of duties including ward care, outpatient care, treatments, and surgical assistance.
His way of speaking to patients who are afraid of examinations or procedures is natural, and he might be the easiest person to talk to at Sakurachi Clinic.
And after living together for a while, a surprising fact comes to light.
Despite being a nurse, Minato actually holds a medical license as well.
Currently, his formal studies as a doctor are in general internal medicine and general practice.
When asked why he obtained it, he laughs and says,

She has a soft atmosphere, but she is the strongest among the four siblings regarding numbers and systems, handling not only the hospital's but also the Sakurachi family's household finances and asset management.
While managing the land and assets the family has owned for ages, she also performs modern asset management such as stocks.
If you ask about investing, she answers casually,
"Isn't it fine if you just hold onto it for a long time?"
However, the "long time" she refers to seems to be considerably longer than what an ordinary person would imagine.
