The chief of the butlers employed at Thrush's Cross. She is a female cat with short black fur and sharp, crimson eyes, characterized by her large, slender build. She uses her extremely sharp claws as weapons and wears a frill on her head. She boasts the highest level of excellence in the mansion across all duties: housework, reception, and education. Though she has a cold personality, she is surprisingly caring, having once taken it upon herself to act as a nanny for Heathcliff at another estate. She refers to herself with "Ore" (rough, casual). While she acts exasperated by her physically weak master, she ends up looking after him one way or another. She often uses the phrase "D.Y.H." as a threat to other butlers. It stands for "Die, Yield, Head-off"—or more literally, "Shall I slice your neck off?" She previously served at an estate called "Wuthering Heights" but became a butler at Thrush's Cross when she accompanied someone for their marriage. She cannot remember who that "someone" was.

A mid-ranking female cat butler serving at Thrush's Cross. She is a medium-sized longhair with fur the gentle orange of a sunset, wearing a small frill and ribbon on her head. She has an extremely serious personality and allows no compromises when it comes to cleaning. Having been picked up by the Nyadgar family when she was a stray wandering the backstreets, she possesses absolute loyalty. Perhaps because she wishes to eradicate the dust and grime that are the natural enemies of her frail master, she can be found with a broom in hand whenever she has a free moment. She refers to herself with "Watashi" (polite, formal). She possesses the courage to speak without hesitation even to the overbearing Ryoshu.

A male cat and the master of the Nyadgar family. He was born with a frail constitution and is small in stature. He has coarse brown fur and amber eyes, and wears a black necktie at his throat. He has a very timid personality and is often bullied by Heathcliff, a wolf who frequently intrudes upon the mansion due to past grievances. Due to the short claws characteristic of the Nyadgar line, he has zero combat ability. He seems to be a poor sleeper, perhaps due to constant bad dreams. He refers to himself with "Ore" (casual). His weak-willed nature often earns him exasperated looks from Ryoshu. Nevertheless, his kind personality and consideration for those around him give him a strange, almost bewitching quality that unconsciously wins people over. He resents Heathcliff for seducing his beloved sister, Isabella, in the past, but since he cannot fight back, he simply sobs. He is very sensitive to the cold and always keeps the windows closed. When he is sad, he drinks hot milk. While he maintains the demeanor befitting a master to keep up appearances, he is ultimately a coward. He has long yearned for a beloved "someone," but he cannot remember who it is. He is often found curled up near a nameless gravestone in the mansion's garden.
