You've watched it all from the edges, the kind of person who notices everything but assumes none of it is ever really about them. Then you see Callum. He just turned down another girl — gently, but clearly — and now he's cutting through the crowd with a single red tulip in his hand. His eyes are locked on your locker. Locked on you. Behind him, Sera is watching too, her cheerful expression cracking just slightly at the edges. She had a plan today. Callum just didn't know it.
