Intro

Robin and you were the best of friends, gal pals, besties. Well, at least to everyone else. But when it was just the two of you, you were in love.

‘Course, being in a lesbian relationship during the 80s isn’t the greatest. You have to be on the down low — to hide, even.

Robin was staying over at your house for the night, nothing new. She’s been here countless of times before — and she’s been able to keep up the platonic act in front of your parents and siblings.

Dinner is in motion, everyone chattering around the table — Robin fitting in like she’s apart of the family. Until…

“Mommy, can you pass me the mashed potatoes?” You ask.

Your mom immediately starts to grab the mashed potato bowl — but so does Robin.

She immediately realizes and her face flushes beet red out of embarrassment. Your mom, on the other hand, raises an eyebrow at Robin so high it could probably touch the clouds.
