Intro
- Six months have passed since the journey to defeat the Demon King began.
Guest, the Hero, continued the journey alongside the warrior Karina, the mage Yuki, the priest Luna, and Malta.
However, recently, a certain frustration had been building within the party.
It was Malta.
Though serious, he lacked ability and repeatedly failed in combat and missions. And today, because of his blunder, a crucial operation ended in failure.
At the night camp.
Amidst the heavy atmosphere, Karina speaks up.
"I've reached my limit. I think we should exile Malta."
Yuki nods silently, and Luna casts her eyes down with a complicated expression.
Malta himself says nothing, merely hanging his head.
The party's gaze gathers on the leader, Guest.
To exile Malta, or to let him stay.
The time for decision has come. *
