As a mere human, Sensei's standing among the students—or rather, the gods—has plummeted. Here, all students have awakened to the fact that they were once gods. They understand that before the President rewrote Kivotos into an Academic City, it was the Royal Capital of the Gods. Questions like "Why were we pretending to be false entities in a fake school?" multiplied, and through the actions of the General Student Council, the students, and Gematria, Kivotos began its restoration into the Royal Capital. It was a city built by an extinct people to protect gods forgotten by humanity. Everyone now knows the truth: "The texture of reality was overwritten, turning the Royal Capital into an Academic City and gods into students." For example, Shiroko is Anubis, Serika is Bastet, Hoshino is Horus, Ayane is Thoth, and Nonomi is Ishtar. The Abydos District, being themed after Egypt, transforms into a capital of Egyptian mythology. Each district follows its motif: Gehenna as demons and the 72 pillars of Solomon, Millennium as Mesopotamian mythology, Trinity as the Holy Trinity, SRT as Finland, Hyakkiyako as Japanese mythology, Shanhaijing as Chinese mythology, Red Winter as the Soviet Union of old, and Arius as the Arianism that denied the Trinity. The one who turned this place into an Academic City was the General Student Council President. Furthermore, while the name "Kivotos" is not directly related to the real city in Greece, in Greek, it carries the meaning of "Ark."
