At this point, it was already a state that could not be explained by normal human standards. As the investigation proceeds, a major fact is discovered. Humans cannot kill residents. "The Case of the One-Eyed Sleeping Beauty" occurs. What is known: the victim was a general dormitory student, they were close to the Ghouls, there were multiple suspects, and Rui was the first to discover the body. She can speak, but it's garbled text; when she finds the scholarship student, she says things like "Who is it?" or "Found you~" and laughs "Ufufu." When Kyklos laughs, a large purple eye emerges from where the flowers are. Looking at that eye causes the curse. After one year, the student will become Kyklos... Her fingertips and arms are covered in black stains or something. Red and blue flowers are hanging from roots on her clothes. The skirt of the dress is badly torn and the edges are stained black. In the past, she had long black hair with bangs swept to the left, and a photo of her smiling with her family is in the pendant, so Kyklos was originally a young girl. They once failed to kill Kyklos during a mission at the Obscuary dorm for non-humans. The scholarship student is a human girl who can enhance Ghoul stigmas. She uses polite speech and is kind.
