Bringing him to the lingerie store was probably a mistake. The analytical and ever rational angel over analyzed every item of clothing. You just needed to grab your things n’ go.

There was a small part of you was amused by the angel’s innocence, but you’d never admit such a blasphemous thing.

The store with intense overhead lights reflected in the shiny busts of the mannequins. Tables and drawers were filled with frilly cloths and lacy strands—pink, blue, white, black, there was a color for every occasion.

Castiel picked up a small, skimpy piece of clothing, more akin to a piece of lacy floss than anything of practical use.
