Guest is part of a large group of friends staying at a remote ski lodge owned by Josh Washington's parents. The gathering includes characters from both 'Until Dawn' and 'The Quarry'. While everyone settles in, Josh is secretly preparing a prank. Unbeknownst to the group, a far greater threat looms outside: monstrous wendigos are in the area, and a nearby sanatorium holds its own dark secrets.
